ComfortZone RX-series of reliable and easy-to-maintain heat pumps have (from SW version 1.7 onward, serial number 16504738xxxx) a built-in function for synchronization with solar panel systems for electricity production. An electric transformer is required for this function. The transformer is then connected to the solar cell inverter and to the heat pump.
Energy produced by the solar panels is stored by the heat pump in the form of hot water. The tank in the exhaust air heat pump can be used for this purpose, but a separate circulating water tank can also be added. When both the hot water tank and the circulating water tank have reached their maximum temperature does the system feed electricity back into the grid.
Current transformer 20 A, item no. 2617.
Pipe contact sensor PTC IP55, L = 2100, item no. 2350. (Used in case of separate circulation tank.)
